“My father has only had the service and system for a month, by set-up was easy and the technical support staff are very professional and friendly. He accidentally set off the alarm and the MobileHelp call was very prompt, and the support personnel were again very helpful. So at this point, the service seems very helpful and proves that it can be depended on when needed.”

“Thanks for responding to the alert I unintentionally made last week, I was wearing the necklace and it bumped against something and they thought I"d fallen. I am now wearing the one that doesn't have that sensitive a response since I am kind of clumsy and do bump against the sink or nightstand when I bend over. I successfully moved my base unit to the dining area so it is easier to get to if needed.”

“From the initial salesperson I spoke to, to the Customer Service representatives, all were very knowledgeable about the service and were able to answer all my questions. Customer Service representatives were always extremely helpful in explaining how things worked and in clearing up misconceptions. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to provide help and support to a loved one who may need it.”

“Easy to set up. My 1st experience was not great as MobileHelp contacted 911 when I didn’t respond instead of calling the assisted living place I live at causing the fire department to make an unnecessary trip. They did not call where I live so that they could pick me up. I accidentally triggered the button and could not hear MobileHelp because my hearing aid was not in. However, today I did need help, my hearing aid was not in, but I heard a voice and was able to tell them to wait while I reached for it. They did make the appropriate call and all is well.”
