“I am very pleased with my Mobile Help device. My only minor problem is that it seems very sensitive. Three times I have not even been aware of touching it and it beeps. Am trying to be more careful and finally learned how to turn it off.”

“I haven't fallen yet to test out the response. However, tech support and customer service were excellent. They helped me set up my system and test all the devices. At my request they provided me with a wrist system and carrier for the mobile fall device. I elected to add a base station for my bedroom for a minimal additional monthly charge.”
