“We only had MobileHelp for about a month but during that time they were fantastic. My dad was a major fall risk and he used the system a number of times due to falls and MobileHelp answered immediately when he pressed the button. This gave me and my family great relief knowing he could get help right away. Unfortunately my dad hit his head during his last fall and only survived about a week after (due to his wishes of not having drastic measures preformed.) I couldn’t have been more impressed with MobileHelp and would highly recommend them to anyone with a family member needing care.”

“I contacted MobileHelp for my two parents...Dad (93) Mom (88). Mom is suffering some cognitive and speech issues. The system features allowed us to compensate for her issues with the fall protection pendants, and the GPS allowing travel. The initial system testing process was easy. Employees who responded to the initial system test were courteous, professional, and patient. The entire experience has allowed my parents to remain independent, and provided peace of mind to the entire family. THANK YOU MOBILEHELP!”
