“My parents needed an alert system to cover them while in the house as well as when they were out and about. After pricing out several alert system companies, MobileHelp was the best overall coverage for my parents as well as the best economical value by covering both parents for less than it would cost for one person on other plans. When I initially sent in a request for information, it was less than 30 seconds before I was contacted by MobileHelp. The customer service representative that I spoke with gave us a professional quote and went over all the features of the equipment. When the alert equipment was sent to us, another representative stayed on the phone with me as we were unpacking and setting up the alert system in our home and having everything tested. “We are, so far, very pleased with our MobileHelp membership. It gives us peace of mind, especially while travelling. We followed the guidelines and called to give your company info about our whereabouts for while we were on the road. The service was as efficient as possible and it was a logical request. There are two concerns that we have had: 1) We were setting off false alarms frequently, so we called and spoke to the technician who explained that we needed to try shortening our lanyards. So far, that has worked well. 2) We are unsure if the button lanyard and the GPS device are paired? We have 2 sets and while we are on the road, we are afraid that it is possible my husband's GPS may be in my pocket and vice versa. Does it matter or will they still work properly. We don't know how to match them up properly. Is there some kind of serial number on all 4 pieces so that we can make certain they are properly matched? Or do we have to be concerned about that at all?”
