“Our son ordered a Duo Mobile Medical System for us. One of the mobile devices was no functioning properly soon after it was activated. I called the customer Service Dept. and the person who took my call tested the device and found it to be defective. A technician took over and in a short time he said I would receive a new device. The new device arrived on time and is working properly. Both of the people I talked to spoke very good Enlish and knew their product well.”

“Everyone I spoke to during the first call to order until I cancelled and today .I called today 2-3-21 and told them I was still waiting on a return shipping label . I cancelled 1-18-21 and was emailed a return label ,which was nothing but some bar codes . Was told on two different occasions the return label was being delivered by fed-x . So , today I spoke to Jackie ...she said I could pay for shipping if I wanted to. I need the $200 plus money back ASAP.”

“We are in our eighties and new to MobileHelp. We accidentally tripped the Alert Button and immediately received a response from the Call Center. The female voice was very gracious , understanding, and helpful as we explained that it was a false alarm and that there was No Emergency. We feel good about knowing that someone is watching over us as we go about our daily lives with MobileHelp.”
