“I received your email asking me to write a review, and that if I didn't give a 5 out of 5 rating to call your toll free number. I called and was pot on hold for over 5 minutes so I hung up. My reason for only 4 out of 5 was because I noticed my unit was not always connected to the network. (as shown by the flashing yellow light) When I carried out the test it took a long time to get the OK response because of the network issue.”

“I could not get this system as when I was offered help to get it set up and it wouldn’t work, I was asked if I had a metal roof, which I do, I was then told it doesn’t work with a metal roof. Hence I am without what is probably a wonderful system. However their first question to hopeful customers should be, “Do you have a metal roof?” It would save everyone a lot of time.”
