“I had Life Alert service for 3+ years and they were good but expensive and I only had "In-House" coverage. I then changed to Great Call in May 2018 because they offered Country wide service at a decent price. However, that company is "Loosy Goocy". Being and old retired business owner in my late 70's you probably never heard the phrase "Loosy Goocy" but I bet you can surmise., So far MobileHelp has impressed me with your procedures from the first contact to receipt of your gear and setup. “On 10/27 I spoke with Jose regarding a less than 5 out of 5 rating BECAUSE the thing went off twice unnecessarily, and when I DID FALL, it didn't go off automatically - I HAD to PUSH the button on the necklace to get HELP, which arrived within 5 minutes - HAPPY about that. He & I decided the necklace must be a bit "Funky," as in DEFECTIVE, so he ordered me a new one, as well as another bracelet, as I have lost mine. And then, this morning, around 2:00 AM. MY TIME, THE THING WENT OFF AGAIN - UNNECESSARILY!!! tHIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE!!! This unit is obviously DEFECTIVE... I am confident the new one will work the way it's supposed to... We'll see...”
