“Since I am with mobile help only going on 2 months now, I find they are helpful and sincere! Therefore, accidentally the alarm from my watch gone on and I got nervous! But the customer service person informed me on what to do! It was a false alarm and when that happens, I was told to type out cancel! Somehow, I am still learning this bc I am new! I’m very happy I own mine and now it gives me confidence to know I have help when needed!!! Thank you for a good customer service. Sincerely, Yolaine”

“MobileHelp fits my needs perfectly. The one thing that is not perfect is the fall detector alarm goes off with the slightest movement, bUt it’s better to go off and be a false alarm than to be an emergency situation. I am very pleased with my purchase.”
