“I like Mobile Help. I like that I can take the mobile base unit with me on walks and can call should I need to away from home. They respond quickly in an emergency. The only thing I wish is that there was better sound on the mobile base unit. The previous unit I had was much louder when the button was pressed and I could hear the person on the other end much much more clearly.”

“I am still getting used to the system, and haven't needed to use it thank God. It does give a bit of security when I am alone somewhere, that I can call for help if needed rather than be without help until I was found.”

“My first contact was with Claire. She was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She called me back when promised and explained each piece of equipment and how it was used. She clearly explained the cost of the package and the price of any add-ons and what they were used for. She also explained what I should do when the unit arrived. The set-up was easy and the directions clear. I hope I never have to use it, but it gives me great comfort to have it.”
