“I am a new user and was very embarrassed when an accidental punch of the button activated a call from the local rescue team. As it happened I was not where they expected to find me but MobileHelp procedure made it happen. I was able to assure my family - "it works". Thank you.”

“Mobile health is a very useful device I like to go for long walks by myself nice to know if I need help it's only a push of a button away haven't had to use it yet I hope that I don't but it's nice to know it's there if I need it mobile help customer service is outstanding can I answer any questions that you have about their product our services can't hear the device too good but that's my fault not theirs cause I'm hard of hearing highly recommend mobile help”

“Am wearing my mobile help neck piece each day and evening, gives me the reassurance if I need help, now I have it to use. Have not tried to wear it yet in the shower, maybe a little nervous of getting water into it, but will try it soon, I know.”

“I've only had my MobileHelp for a few weeks and luckily have not had to use it, but I have the peace of mind knowing that if I fall or have a medical emergency at home or away, I only have to press the button and someone will be there to help me. I accidently dropped the bathroom remote unit when I unpacked it and a representative was immediately on line to see if I needed help.”
