“had to wait a while to get customer service then technician. not sure if the reason was going to cancel. got better service when I said I wanted to cancel just one unit. really helpful and nice thereafter. not sure if waiting less then 10 mins is ok with you. she apologized but it is what it is. I called on 11/30. they were going to send me return address to affix on box. today is 12/5 have not got it yet. will the charge be dependent on return? in any case, help was good. Nancy”

“Farris was extremely knowledgeable and professional. After doing my research and speaking with him I was confident in the product. Soon after receiving I dropped my fall alert and could not stop the call-in time. The dispatcher came right on and we confirmed false alarm. So I’m confident there won’t be any mishaps. Have told several about this company!”
