“I changed to MobileHelp when One Call Alert was merging with them. The change over was easy. Fortunately I haven’t had to use the emergency service but while changing over there were no issues. They owed me an over payment due to me having just paid One Call Alert for years service. Received check within two weeks with no issues. Customer service questions have gone smooth.”
