“The written instructions that came with the units are a little too brief. I am still a little confused about what light should come on and when they are telling me that something or action need to be taken.”

“My experience is that the product and company does what they say. My problem is their carrier AT&T does not have a strong signal where I live, 2 blocks from a major metropolitan mall, and only 15 miles from the heart of the middle of 2.7 million people. The problem is the carrier. MobileHelp accepted the return of the equipment and issued a timely refund of the prepayment I made.”

“So far it's working well. The one problem is that the device that she puts by her bed can easily be put on the charger upside down. This causes the device not to charge and then all of the contacts get an alert. It would help if it only fit on the charger one way.”
