“MobileHelp saved my parents life. They were outside getting some air when my father fell and dragged my mother down. She broke her hip in the fall. They were laying in the driveway and pressed the bottom. No one was around. MH called the police, ambulance, and me. Without this service, they could have died lying in the driveway due to exposure.”

“When I decided to acquire a medical alert system and after I had done considerable research it seemed that MobileHelp would best suit my requirements. It is. The setup was simple and straightforward, testing of the various devices was accomplished quickly and without difficulty, and everything works perfectly. Happily, I have not had the need to trigger an emergency response. But I am pleased to have MobileHelp at hand should the occasion arise.”

“I live with my son and his family so I am usually not alone. But as the world re-opens, they are starting to make travel plans. I have limited mobility and have infrequently fallen. In all but one case where I tore my thigh muscle while people were home, I have been able to get back up. But the next time … I read the Consumer Reports review of alert systems then did my own research. The MobileHelp Solo met all my requirements at the lowest cost. It is a system that works outside the home with GPS locating. It has a small footprint charger, a small light working unit and separate waterproof pendant for showering, etc. Set-up was easy and the web-based information system makes updating information simple. Testing is easy and so far, I am completely satisfied with the MobileHelp Solo.”

“Mobile help has been good through the whole process. My siblings were able to set up the system easily. My mother wears the device and seems to faithfully take the GPS device with her when she is out past her driveway. She seems relieved to have it.”
