We have only used this for a month but when we have accidentally set it off the response was immediate. The people who answer the call are extremely nice and professional.

I was impressed with Mobile Help. When I found out that my Apple Watch was all set up for an emergency call,I decided I didn't two life lines. I returned the Motel Help. today. --Verla Lucas

I've only had the MobileHelp a short time, replacing a competitors that I was not happy with. Tested as suggested and it responded as advertised. Accidentally triggered the fall alert, sorry about that, the false alarm was well received. The thoroughness of MobileHelp's setup is simply outstanding. The only thing I would like changed is to have two way communication with the pendant. Maybe a future modification ?

I am completely satisfied so far wit Mobile Help. I sent the fall button back because when I was taking a shower you somehow got a signal that I had fallen. I had not hit it against anything or pushed the button to cause the alarm. When I got out of the shower i was getting a message on my answering machine. By then it had been long enough that i had not responded (because i was in the shower and didn't know anything was going on) that you had notified everyone. The ambulance came and it was totally unnecessary. I notified you as soon as I could that it was a false alarm. I decided if it was that sensitive I did not want it so I called and canceled. I appreciate that you sent me the padded envelope and I mailed it back to you.

I have only had the device for just about a month but so far so good. I have worn the pendant in the pool and also the wrist item. they waterproof and the pool has not bothered either one of them. SO FAR I am very happy with this company, we'll see how the next few month go.
