“You need some advice. I am a very active person and I realize at my age that I needed some help just in case, but wearing the pendant in case of a fall is difficult to do when I am sleeping and get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I toss and turn so much that i can set the device off along with the wrist band. Therefore, I am forced to take them both off in order to get a good nights rest, but may need help in the middle of the night and can't wear them as they will go off frequently while I am tossing and turning. So now that I have presented you a problem, what is your answer?”

“Well I got mobile help back and I'm happy I did. I had them before and mobile help was really good then to. I'd recommend mobile help to anyone, my family and my friends. They do a great job. I just wish it wouldn't take so long for an operator to answer. But they are still good. I called the other day for a test call and I think it was to long of waiting.”

“I used your product when living in different location. Unfortunately, my present address is not in the service area tha your system works. I have been sent an email regarding signing a document. Tried but was unable to do what they asked. I am 91 years of age and do not understand all they asked for. I sent my systems back to your company for refunds. Thank you.”

“I haven't had my MobileHelp but a short time. I am still learning more about the features it has. So far I really like it. I have accidently mashed my Fall Button twice and was very surprised at how fast I was checked on to see if I needed help.”
