“I am new to Mobile Help and have not yet needed to use my device. I feel secure that should I need assistance I would have help quickly no matter where I am. “My problem is with the components. How and in what can the mobil transmitter be carried. No matter what I put it in it sends a signal of a fall. I have not fallen at all yet. The container furnished to carry it in does not have any "loop" or other way for a woman to conveniently carry it.”

“Have been fortunate not to have a fall but the shower device fell and I put to back together but apparently it sent a signal when I snapped it shut. Within minutes the EMS trucks and police car pulled up. I felt very sorry they came out for nothing because I was fine and thanked them profusely. They were very kind and understanding. With such a quick response I feel more secure than ever.”
