“While learning to understand how my mobile help works I've accidently set off the fall detection, within seconds the mobile help team responded by speaking to me through the devise, asking if everyone in the household was ok, they even called my cell phone and I was able to let them know everyone was alright, So far I am every happy with the service. Oh and having the lock box gives me peace of mind knowing that if I was home alone and fell help would be able to get to me.”

“Have not fallen but have set it off a couple times they called to check on me and make sure I did not need help. One time I was on road and they could not reach me and called my contact. I believe it will help me ever need it”
