“I received my equipment a few days ago and it was very easy to set up and test. I haven't had to use it yet (other than during testing), because I haven't fallen or had any emergencies (thank God), but it's a great relief to know it's there and running in case of emergency.”

“i spoke to a few people at your office. Each person was able to direct me and very courteous. As far as the devices, hopefully I will never have to test them. Therefore cannot comment on them”

“My experience has been most positive so far. I accidentally pushed the bottom and the reply was immediate - nice to know there really is a live person at the other end. I hope I don't need them "for real", but it's nice to know someone is there.”

“Customer service was great as well as helping get my mother set up. She just did not like 2 pendants to wear and was not comfortable with the system. She was with great call for 6 years and thought it would be like them. Thanks for all your help.”
