“I am dissapointed with MobileHelp. When I ordered the product, I told the technician that there was a problem in our area with AT&T because we are surrounded by mountains. Each one told me that it would work and the systems that I had were defective. and would send me out another one. I even told this to the woman that took my initial order who told me to just trust them. It took almost a month of my time on the phone etc. with no coverage.”
