“I researched and found this product that has all the features I need for my dad that many of the others don’t. 1. There is a built in speaker and mic in the necklace (turns out others have those in a unit to put in the house. Not much good if he is in the yard or driveway etc) 2. It has a gps so when he got dizzy and disoriented at the dog park, the gps can find him cuz he sure as hell isn’t going to be able to give an address 3. He was afraid that pushing the. It ton would send emergency people. Instead he gets an operator who finds out if he just needs them to call his daughter cuz he needs help getting off the floor and back in his chair or needs to send an ambulance. It’s more likely the first. 4. The price is half what others charge with more and better equipment and service 5. He was afraid the button would be accidentally pushed a lot from sleeping on it etc. but no. It’s recessed a little and you have to push and hold it for 2 seconds for it to start. So good Super super super easy set up…. Opened the box. Called the number on the card. The guy walked us through it. Did not even have to read the directions. Only a couple steps to it. And we let dad test it. 10 minutes after opening he box we all felt super confident that it was up and working well. Soooooo easy. Super nice customer service. No hidden extra charges. Yes yes yes”
