“I had an issue whilst purchasing the phone. On the page where you cap your bills it also has an option to purchase insurance at £6.99 per month, I checked the box for this option but when it came to the finish and I printed off the final order, guess what, no insurance!!! I have rang the insurance company who tells me it's an issue that I have to take up with Mobiles.co.uk. Again guess what, I have tried ringing, I have emailing, but nothing. The only thing that was any good was the cost of the phone, this is more than likely going to be down to EE. Mobiles.co.uk have an after sales that is non existing, absolutely useless. Please, Mobiles.co.uk don't email me, your words are all a pack of lies.”
