Very unprofessional. I should have been provided with a new phone and the investigation could carry on but I'm having to suffer because of your company's fault.
I'm playing cool because after this weekend if I still don't receive the phone I ordered (Galaxy S10 128GB Prism Black) then I will take further action with the help of trading standards. Hope it's sorted before I take further action.”
