“Its terrible. I ordered 2 sim only deals through Mobiles.co.uk. We got the sim cards okay. My sim worked my wifes did not. I spent hours on the phone, then I went to the nearest Currys shop. Their expert mobile girl was very nice and gave me a new sim. Still did not work.We are on our 4th sim with no success. We are now driving down south to join a cruise leaving Southampton on Sunday with one phone. Tonight we are staying in Carlisle and I am not getting a signal at all.Its supossed to have 99% UK coverage. WELL IT DOSEN'T!! I had to pay for the hotels wfi to keep in touch with family. Its a disaster. We wanted roaming for our cruise. Now I want to go back to vodafone!!!!!!!!”
“You say you have 99% coverage but the signal strength is not very strong hence some apps or software are taking a while to load!
It takes you nearly 3Days to dispatch a SIM card and over another 3Days; if you are lucky, to deliver the SIM card! The first one dispatched has never turned up!
Your procedures for setting up an account or app, don’t work went your SIM card doesn’t arrive; as the one time pin is text to your new mobile number but no SIM card mobile not working!”
