“Where to start…I was a loyal customer for 24 months whn my contract ran out. I ordered another sim only contract from your sister company mobiles.co.uk. I was told I couldn’t transfer my old number as i didn’t upgrade on the idmobile website..! This policy must change. I had to go to another provider n come back that shows how inconvenient you make the customer experience. During my earlier 24 month contract your software platform became unstable, it hasn’t much improved.”
