“Ordered simm card and only sent me QR code for eSimm which my phone does not support. Grace from ID mobile resolve to lying saying she had sent me a simm card but provide no evidence for it. She contact her if any help but provide no email nor phone nubmer. Trying to cancel and find no way to do it. Absolutely frustrated and wasted my time”
