“I have chosen to port in my old number for Friday and had sim switched of on Wednesday but new sim card never arrived til Monday following week so didn't have any signal for 6 days. I rely on my phone signal to work and couldn't do anything. What a joke!!!”
“I ordered my SIM only on iD Mobile on Monday, December 1st. Seven days later, on Monday, January 8th, I'm still waiting for my SIM to arrive. The worst part is my number has been transferred over. I was asked if I wanted to keep my number, which I requested, "yes," and provided a PAC number. However, there were no details on when this would be transferred or if I had to activate it, so I'm using a temp line. Really poor service all around.”
