“I was sent an esim instead of a sim to my address. My phone is unable to download an esim. I was set up far too early by iD Mobile. I requested the 8th Dec and was cut off by my own provider on the 5th December as my esim was needing to be downloaded for the switch. I couldn’t use my phone to call, use data or receive texts. The is inconvenience and hassle is still ongoing and iD Mobile are charging me for their mistake. Unable to speak to someone and had to communicate with AI chat and wait to be put through to Sandra in the chat. I lost the rest of the data I had with my original data and was not able to use my sim. I wished I had never tried to order a sim with iD Mobile.”
