They promised 2/3 days delivery and after 10 days waiting I have not received the sim card. Customer service horrible and don't give solutions. Only excuses. On the other side I received 2 emails informing that my invoice is ready and will charge me on 27nd April.”
“I am extremely disappointed with your services at id mobile. I sent you my PAC and you changed my phone number. I asked you to send me a SIM card and you did not send it. When I call you, you hang up on me and you are of no help. I will make sure that others do not make the mistake of coming to Id mobile. You are terrible.”
