“This is the third time I've been asked to complete a review and I'm not even connected yet. I haven't made or recieved a single call nor paid a bill. This review was requested o nthe basis that I had APYG SIM, but I've signed up for a two year contract. The over-enthusiam of IDMobile is extreme to the point of being annoying.
They've also asked me to review all kinds of things about my phone which have nothing to do with them as they didn't supply it. The level of disorganisation and inquisitiveness does not bode well.”

I cannot register to see my bills because the system doesn't recognise my mobile phone number, which I have retained, and states I should have a different mobile number, It also doesn't recognise my name or password.
Please can you get this sorted.”
