“The signal keep disappearing suddenly, sometimes when you are on the call and the signal will disappear as well as the internet.. really don't understand what is happening.. called the customer service and showed me some settings which was useless.. very disappointed”
“Outside coverage is excellent, and I get a strong 5G signal everywhere. However, inside my house, I only get 1 bar of signal. Because of this weak indoor signal, I keep missing calls and my voice cuts out during conversations. Please improve the indoor network coverage in the West Bromwich, B70 9LY area.”
