“iD Mobile failed to connect my SIM and do the transfer from my previous provider.
So far I've been more than 24 hours with no phone and their customer service is terrible and not helpful at all.
Customer Services told me yesterday that my new SIM would be active at 10pm. Today is 9 am and still not active.
Terrible experience, I wish I never changed providers.”

“Ordered on the 12th of November, advised that it would take 5 days for the sim to arrive, SIM never arrived. No tracking supplied and customer care reached out after the last review but we not helpful at all. advise to reach out to ID Modile for a replacement SIM which will take 2-3 days. still no SIM or free gift. I would avoid using mobiles.co.uk.”
