“Carrier for this SIM is not readily.available in my location, and so I am trying to cancel. Between iD Mobile and Mobiles.co.uk, I am being sent back and forward between them - to take more time to make my 'beyond point of cancellation' and 'neither' will take payment to assist. No help, no cancel, no escape.”
“I wanted to buy several sims/phones for my family but after buying the 1st one was informed that Id need to wait 60 days before buying another! I understand your desire to avoid fraud but Vodafone only require a wait of 5 days.
Shame as ID mobile did offer some advantages over your competitors.”
“Price factor is very good compared to competitors out there. Only issue is when you choose a switchover date in like 5 working days as it takes 3-5 working days to recieve new sim through post ID mobile will disconnect you the following day leaving you without an active line. Customer service can't do anything as you can't recive an OTP as line is not active. Advised me to go to Currys store to pick up a sim card which is so inconvenient.”
