“Ordered on the 12th of November, advised that it would take 5 days for the sim to arrive, SIM never arrived. No tracking supplied and customer care reached out after the last review but we not helpful at all. advise to reach out to ID Modile for a replacement SIM which will take 2-3 days. still no SIM or free gift. I would avoid using mobiles.co.uk.”

“Signed up to start in 2 weeks as I was going away on holiday. For some reason, they started my plan straight away, so I had to buy another sim to get me through my holiday.
