“When I initially moved to iD mobile I do a 30 day sim only to see if the network was any good. I was concerned since it wasn’t like going into a store if I had a problem I had to use fb messenger to contact someone and then if necessary I could call them.
Well I’m happy to say the customer service was great and when I have needed to speak to contact someone it’s not been difficult at all.
I later moved to a longer term contract and upgraded my phone. I’ve now taken out a new sim only 30 day rolling sim for one of my daughters and as soon as my husband and other daugnter are out of contract I’ll be moving them both to iD mobile. They’re so much more affordable whether it’s a sim only deal or a contract that included a phone.”
