“Price factor is very good compared to competitors out there. Only issue is when you choose a switchover date in like 5 working days as it takes 3-5 working days to recieve new sim through post ID mobile will disconnect you the following day leaving you without an active line. Customer service can't do anything as you can't recive an OTP as line is not active. Advised me to go to Currys store to pick up a sim card which is so inconvenient.”
