“Poor signal, cancelled the contract after 10 days ( was told they will discinnect me within 3-5 days) they disconected me in 2 hours with no data while travelling, so no GPS. could not top up until later afternoon. Avoid it, I went back to my previous provider”
“I didn't realise that when I bought this thatvit would be an eSim.
I contacted ID mobile who said they'd send me a sim card. 2 came, one unprogrammed, one with the wrong number. Contacted them again and another unprogrammed one was sent. I couldn't register my account because a text message had to be senr to my sim card.
Contacted them again and was told that they couldn't send me one correctly programmed becasue of fraudsters and could only help me if I sent a photo of myself holding my ID which I couldn't do as my PC doesn't have a camera.
I therefore cancelled the contract.”
