“Could not be worse. Carried out TWO credit searches for a £7 one month SIM - and then denied they had done so despite me submitting proof. Reported "good indoor and outdoor coverage" for the network, and then admitted there was network congestion to the point where even a simples voice call could be made and that "Unfortunately, this is unlikely to improve" (their exact words). Avoid this retailer and avoid the IDMobile / Three network.”
“I initially had a problem with the e-SIM card, but this issue was soon sorted out, with a visit to Currys. So far I have been really impressed with my new iD mobile SIM card and its performance.”
“So far I am noy very impressed. Internet speeds seem throttled especially when tethering also I was left twice within a few days without any phone signal when other networks were fine.”
“As a 78 year old female, I found the whole experience really easy. The hardest part about this experience was trying to get my old SIM card out of my phone- not enough grip in my hand to push the flap!!!! . Joking apart, my SIM card worked, my number was transferred immediately, all my apps were up & running. One thing I would mention to anyone who wants to keep their number is, make a note of the telephone number that iD Mobile give in their documents, as this is the one that they refer to when they send confirmation details. Also, one document refers to your Account No. and another your Reference No. A bit confusing, but there is a a telephone number you can ring to speak to an actual person for ‘Vulnerable’ customers. My previous SIM only deal was going up to £16 for 30 gig of data. With iD Mobile, I am getting over 100 gig for £9. I didn’t have to think twice to change. I am so pleased that my children are looking forward to changing to iD Mobile once their contracts are up.”
