Then we found out he didn't add direct debit details when my phone services were cancelled, even though we gave him all the information. He was distracted and sounded like he was having chat with someone while calling us. He sounded high or drunk, he was rushing the call as well. Worst experience ever. “Website clearly stated that ID mobile use vodafone and 3 network but coming from a contract with Vodafone, ID is no where near as good, am I constantly struggling to get any signal in places that I never had a problem with on my Vodafone contract. Calm down Aaron, only 22 months left on my contract!
The trade in process was also very difficult, I had to call 4 times to get the envelope sent to my address which arrived outside the time window they originally gave, luckily they honoured the price.
