“Very poor service so far but hoping this will be rectified very soon! Phone which arrived via DPD was not the S25 Ultra. It looks like someone has swapped the phone inside. Opened a case 10 working days ago to investigate and still awaiting an outcome so currently am paying for a phone which I do not have in my possession!”
