“I have been an android user for many years and decided to take the plunge and try the iPhone. There are quite a few differences to be aware of. No back button. You are constantly trying to find an 'x' or some way to take you out of screens. If you want to change your ringtone rather than just clicking that piece of music and click set as ringtone you have to Go through around half a dozen processes to have it. For personalising your phone, Apple seem to make everything difficult for you. The handset is well build and feels lovely but the operating system lets it down and can be frustrating. I am sure that given a bit more time I will get used to it all and grow to love it but I am not there yet.”

“I phone 6s is terrible I'm constantly missing calls , the phone rings but when I answer I can't hear anything, and when I do get to receive a call after restarting the phone it then cuts off half way through the conversation and tells me I have dialled a incorrect number, so will be taking it back to Apple as the phone is only 6 month old the feed back will also not let me state that this is s poor device”
