If I had a complaint......it would be the absence of a manual for the phone....I know you can download it but a hard copy would have been very useful. There is so many things this phone can do......I need to check them All out and find out how to use it to the maximum and at the moment I am not. Definitely needs a hard copy manual with every phone.”

Cloud keep sending you notification to buy storage and I dont see a point of having 128gb if we still need to buy cloud storage. So I m not backing up any more data with cloud.
Good phone for watching video and you tube but very pricey.
I think the better option for many people is to stick with 16 gb then buy I cloud storage and save everything there as that only cost £79p per month.
I am happy with the purchase and got better deal through Mobiles.co.uk rather than going direct with the network or at carphone warehouse.”
