“The sales service is very simple and delivery is prompt but the sales advisor gave me a lot of misinformation which I queried but he remained adamant that my issues could be overcome.
The phone arrived as promised but the issue took 3 weeks to fix. The issues were in PAC transfers which the sales advisor stated could be done in 24 hours.
A sale is a sale through eh?”

“I bought the phone as an upgrade to my current phone. The process of getting the phone was pretty straight forward, the process of wanting to keep the same number with my new device wasn't.
Before buying the phone I clearly stated in the info that I was upgrading and wanting to keep the same number.
I was given 2 bits of conflicting information. One from mobiles.co.uk telling me all I had to do was pop my old simcard into my new phone and the other from O2 telling me I had to put the new simcard in and follow the steps.
I called mobiles.co.uk and they told me to follow O2s info, so I called O2 as I followed their steps and the new sim wasn't working. Turns out what mobiles.co.uk failed to tell me was I wasn't buying an upgrade on my current contract, I had bought a whole new contract with a totally new number and had to spend ages with O2 trying to find the simcard number on their system/new number to switch back to my old number.
So basically good value for money if you don't mind being messed about with wrong bits of information and spending ages with O2 trying to figure out what's going on.”
