“Roshni said she would transfer my existing number to the new phone. My existing deal was cancelled before my new sim arrived meaning I lost my number for 5 days. As I have a wedding company it meant I couldn't be contacted by existing clients and new prospects. I missed out on a wedding booking for 2017 which will have cost me somewhere in the region of £6000 if I can't book that day out again.”
