The light-moderate bikinis are best for the days at the end of the cycle.
To my surprise, a cold wash was enough to keep them clean.

I got the nude colour and some of the blood leaked and stained the sides of the underwear (Probably not the underwear’s fault though, my flow was unusually heavy that day). Most of the stain washed off in the washing machine, only a dull discolouration remains. Something to be aware of if you’re considering buying lighter coloured ones though.”
