“Honestly I was a bit afraid to use these on their own (I usually use a cup and love it). I was so impressed with the amount they are able to absorb! No leaks at all (was very easy to tell with the nude colour). They felt nice and comfortable. If you usually use pads this is a great alternative. I like to use them as back up for my cup or on lighter days. Having said that they did a great job on a heavier day, I just prefer less messy cup. Lasted all day at work 8+ hours. Easy to wash.”
