“I bought these for light in continence and perspiration. It is unhelpful toward the latter (the fabric feels like a synthetic which could be part of the issue) but works a treat on pee. I feel safe and secure all day wearing these. I would have liked to have purchased a pair that also works for sweat, but they are only available in small sizes. For plus size people, this product is true to size and available in a good range of colours (except black and beige) and despite being expensive for “just undies”, I feel they are worth it for the benefits they give.”
