1. Find yourself a great prostate cancer support group, there are heaps out there.
2. As soon as you feel comfortable and you are starting to get a little more control, ditch the disposable undies, cut back the whole pads and shields routine and grab a few pairs on these briefs. The sense of freedom alone is worth the price. Sure we all have good leakage days and bad days, but these briefs make my good days better and bad ones a bit more bearable.”
