My Dad had prostate cancer and as a result of treatment he has some leakage. He is very happy with this product, helps him feel more normal than having to wear a disposable.

I only bought one pair to see whether they were comfortable, and effective, but am now getting more pairs as they seem to be both. I have slight incontinence following surgery. The briefs appear to take care of the leakage very well and, although I haven't found that pads are uncomfortable, not having to wear them is a huge plus. The only slight negative, for me, is that once worn the instructions say to rinse the underwear and then put them in your next machine wash. I only wash two , or occasionally, three times a week and haven't quite figured out what to do with the wet, rinsed, underwear until wash day. Other than that I have to wait to see how long they last for me if I take proper care of them. However, based on the description I should get my money's worth. Apart from that all good.

When wearing dress pants or lightweight summer clothes this underwear keeps unsightly stains away and allows you to look sharp without fear of an embarrassing moment or leak. One thing I would like to see available in addition. I would like to see a pad in the rear. I have bleeding hemorrhoids. I have used wadded up toilet paper, light days pads, and prayer. If you could create underwear that could absorb a sudden bleeder, I would be buying more immediately.

Post prostatectomy incontinence. Using external penis clamp, either Dribblestop or Uriclak, to reduce the leakage to occasional spurts during exercise/coughing etc. Was using Depends, which worked pretty well, but being disposable required replenishment made more difficult in the age of social distancing and virulent viruses. The Modi briefs feel pretty much like normal briefs and wash up just fine. They recommend hanging to dry and I am happy to report if laundered in the afternoon and hung up to dry are almost always dry by the next morning. So, these are easier to use, feel more comfortable, and if they stand up to more than 40 laundry cycles will also be cost effective.
