“Let me start by saying that as someone with the Paragard IUD, I am very familiar with heavy periods. I was scared to convert to period undies because I couldn’t even really manage my bleeding with ultra absorbency tampons so I was scared these wouldn’t hold up. Long story short- these DEFINITELY worked. On my heaviest days (days 1 and 2), I found each pair of Modibodi undies lasted me about 8 hrs. Without a single leak- absolutely impressive considering just how bad my bleeding is thanks to the copper IUD. For reference, I have tried the hiphugger Thinx underwear and those only lasted me 4 hrs max on my heavy days before they were overwhelmed. Modibodi is amazing and I will be a lifelong customer- very satisfied. They feel just like regular underwear and DO protect you even when sleeping. For reference, I am in the USA and I am 5ft2in, 109 lbs- I bought them in XS and they fit just right. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend.”

“The idea of the product is amazing and for what it’s worth I really wish they worked better for me. I’ve had them for a few months and recently leaked quite a bit around the leg seams.. was very disappointed but nonetheless I continue to use them as I think they’re a great product just not for heavy days. Also if I could change one thing about them, I would make the absorbency layer go all the way from top to bottom as I can also leak in the front area where there is no layering at all. Another thing I think is worth mentioning is that they definitely do smell, however they only smell when it’s full or when I‘ve pulled them down to go to the toilet. Besides all that the underwear are a great invention and I love that I’m not creating any waste by wearing them.”
