“I’ve tried several of the big name brands, and found them to have poor absorbency and cause chafing due to moisture and lack of breathability. These hold a surprising amount without me feeling wet, and I have yet to get chafing. On my heavy days I change these halfway through the work day, but on moderate or light days they last all day for me. The only time I wear a tampon with them is on my heavy night, because I don’t want to get up to change them halfway through the night. Other than that I wear them alone, with no tampons, pads, or cups.”
