Hey Christine, thanks for reaching out! If the banding on the Recycled Seamfree is a bit too tight, you can gently pull around the waistband (or the leg bands too) to stretch it out slightly. You don't want to stretch them too much as they are made to be malleable and gently soften and mould to your body after a wash and wear though!
