Thank you for your review Siobhan. There can be some trial and error, I would recommend using a heavier absorbency on those heavier days, or changing half way through as you have mentioned. Please note that the time in which you can wear the undies for at one time will differ to someone else :)

My ritual is wear all day, rinse in cold shower water while the shower is heating up. Then shower. Then switch to my evening ones. Workout when I wake up. Then repeat by rinsing in shower, shower, then change to new pair! Easy to launder in a laundry bag, air dry over night, then they’re ready for the next month.
Special tip: keep one in your purse tucked in a zip lock bag, so you are ready for when she arrives to change into a fresh pair of undies, and a place for your used pair.
